Thank you to all of you that participated in Kelowna Hot Yoga Studio's first annual Yoga Aid, a fundraiser for Baron Baptiste's Africa Yoga Project. This year was planned at Stewart Park, but the gloomy forecast kept the number's down... those who attended MADE the Most of the 2 hour challenge :) After numerous sun ( rain ) salutations we moved back to the studio to the welcoming warmth of the studio! Thanks again for the awesome support and the heart warming show of JOY !
