HP CUSTOMER ESCALATIONS ON BEHALF OF CEO AND PRESIDENT MARK HURD - HP ABIDE BY THEIR OWN LAWS

	HP Customer Escalations on behalf of CEO and President Mark Hurd - HP abide by their own laws After having a dispute with HP with my Laptop, the Customer Escalation member called me to advise that despite being lied to regarding delivery of my product, that I would have to wait 20 days. When asked if they would be willing to offer my battery replacement for my weeks of hell trying to get no where supposedly, the representative of HP claims they do not abide by EU Laws, and that HP HASTHEIR OWN LAWS!! WHAT!?! This the company thousands of consumers and businesses spend millions of pounds with, claiming that HP do not comply with local laws, as they follow their own self made laws. They refuse to to take any accountability for their faults, and believe they can send me parts 1 year late and not be responsible for this. So before you purchase your HP laptop, or extended warranty, beware that by doing so, you have to comply with the HP Law, because they don't give a damn about any local laws or statutory rights!
